Where Is My Order?

Every fulfilled Royale One order ships with a carrier tracking number. Here’s how to find yours and follow your shipment in real time.

Step 1 — Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us. It contains:

• Your tracking number
• A direct Track My Order link — click it to go straight to your carrier’s tracking page

Tip: Search your inbox for the subject line “Your order is on its way” or check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

Step 2 — Use the Carrier Tracking Page

Clicking the tracking link in your email will take you directly to your carrier’s tracking page (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). There you can see:

• Current shipment status and location
• Estimated delivery date
• Delivery attempt history

Step 3 — Check Your Order Status in Your Account

If you have a Royale One account, you can also log in and visit My Orders to view fulfillment status and access your tracking link at any time.

Privacy & Security Notice

For your privacy and security, we do not request or store order details, email addresses, or personal information through this page. Your tracking link is sent exclusively to the email address used at checkout. If you need to update your contact details, please reach out to us directly.
